I have been interested in nutrition and fitness for more than 20 years. In 2019 I returned to college and obtained my personal trainer qualifications (Level 2 and 3) and I have since also acquired nutrition qualifications. Initially I obtained these qualifications for my own personal development, however I realised that for years I had been training friends on a casual basis. Since then I have helped dozens of people achieve their goals.

I will teach you how to supercharge your body with the correct nutrition. Gain a good understanding of what ultra processed foods are and how they can damage your health. I will advise you when best to eat and what foods to avoid for the best chance of weight loss and living a healthier lifestyle.
