Before quoting actually went up on the roof and removed some felt to get a good idea of the overall condition.

Replaced the roofing on our house. Done within a day. There were missed jobs which they came back and corrected.

During storm we had water entering our property through our roof. Due to complete failure of our insurance company to provide emergency cover they should have, I had to quickly find a competent roofer who could fist undertake a temporary repair and secondly do a permanent fix. I was extremely fortunate that the first company to respond with good advice and a clear way forward was B&M roofing. B&M quickly identified the problem, where others had failed to do so, and through a preliminary inspection talked me through the repair they would undertake at a very reasonable cost. Looking at the issue, the state the of the remainder of the roof was in and talking it through with B&M, without any pressure I asked for a cost of complete re-roofing. The cost when taking into consideration the size of the roof, specification of materials and time scales for completion was very reasonable and I decided for a complete re-roof. It was the best decision I could have made. On stripping the roof other issuers were found that would have caused problems. B&M commenced work within 1 day and 1.5 days later the roof had been stripped, re-felted, battened and tiled with quality materials with an excellent finish by a diligent , hard working team who clearly were experts in their disciplines. We now have a roof that is superior in all respects to the original. The reroofing work was carried out speedily with a crack team of roofers with only the highest quality of materials, as promised by Bobby in our initial discussions. He was a pleasure to deal with.
