What do you love most about your job?
We are passionate about supporting and helping neurodivergent people understand themselves and the way their brain works. Also to support people in getting a quick assessment and post diagnostic support. Seeing people go through an assessment process then adopt coping strategies and access the right support and go from strength to strength gives us a great deal of satisfaction. Seeing people go from struggling with the various presentations of their neurodiversity, to thriving and channelling their strengths is the ultimate reward for our work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The chance to help as many people with neurodiversity as possible using technology and a modern approach to psychology practice. Also the creativity and autonomy of running our own assessment service.
Why should our clients choose you?
We look to personally meet our clients and to quickly gain a understanding of them, their families and their neurodiversity. We are a small, family run business and work with people on short to long term basis to help them understand themselves better and thrive. We are approachable, compassionate and thorough and pride ourselves on being a neuro affirmative practice.
