About

We set up Blue Iris Landscapes (Jason Harker Property Services) in 1998 and are happy to say that we still provide gardening services for a number of customers from those early days. We provide our services in the North Staffordshire and South Cheshire areas, working on the premise that if you are not 100% happy with the results, then we have failed to do our job correctly.

This is the 1st time that I have engaged the services of Blue Iris Landscapes. The work involved was to trim the front hedge, trim back ivy on the back fence, cutback the overhang from the neighbour and cut down 3 lelandi trees on council property, that were beginning to show damage to my property. I am very pleased with the results and thank them for their great customer service. I was very impressed in the professional manner that Jason and his team carried out the work under very challenging circumstances. I highly recommend this company. More...

Staff are so kind and helpful, always ready and happy to help. We were devoted members of the old Stoke Library, but the atmosphere and friendliness is on par. Long live Longton Library. Recommend Libby and Borrow box, excellent audio collections. Cheers More...

Not been in here to borrow books. In fact I only ever go in when they are selling off the books they no longer want. An excellent way of adding to one's collection at minimal cost. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a lovely old red brick Renaissance style building with cream reliefs on it's frontage. Built around 1898 by architects Wood and Hutchins. Gifted to the citizens of Longton by the Duke of Sutherland. My Aunt used to call it "Longton's Temple of Learning". And stands out prominently in Longton's landscape. More...

Longton library, a sizable building, that serves the area well with a nice selection of, surprise surprise, books. Also about 20 computers that have recently been upgraded with the building being refitted.

Not without its issues when contracted recently for 4 weekly visits. Would we use them again? Unfortunately not. What we felt was promised in terms of machinery in return for a premium price was never delivered.

Very professional and polite team who in a short space of time have transformed our garden, which had become very overgrown after being let down by a previous ‘gardener’. This team really know what they are doing and set to work with no fuss. I have had two one off visits and I have just had our first maintenance visit and the garden is starting to look loved again. Excellent customer service from the office team too. More...

Their customer service is off the chart! They are professional, tidy, respectful and a fine example of how all companies should operate. The whole experience was just so personable. Thank you to Jason for his time. A big thanks to Jess for her amazing design. A huge thanks to Ashley and his team for all their hard work and thank you to Laura for sorting everything in between. We’re genuinely looking forward to working with you again very soon. Thanks, Claire & Adele 😬 More...

A minimum order/charge of £5000!? (Before even coming to view) Really?I don't think I could fit £5000 worth of work in my garden it's that small. Guess they don't need the work or money! More...

Q&As

Being able to walk into a garden and see it's potential. As a team we will allay any fears that the customer may have and help them understand why we are doing certain tasks the way that we do, proving to them that we are providing them with a high quality job.
Working as a team is really important, because we know that where some of us are not as good others can make up for it. We always keep in mind that the customer is at the forefront, so if they are not happy, neither are we.
The icing on the cake is the look on the customers face when the work has been completed, it's something that cannot be described, but it makes the whole team buzz.

Growing up, we were not an affluent family and for a long time really struggled with my dad working every hour that he could. As the eldest child I saw it as my responsibility to help alleviate some of the pressure. My long term goal being that my family could have a good life and enjoy a few luxuries along the way.

Not only do I want my family to have an enjoyable life, but I would like the opportunity to help other families have that too. A garden for many is a place of enjoyment, to socialise with friends and family, creating wonderful memories.
By choosing us of course we will provide you with a stunning garden that you can use and enjoy, but what sets us apart is that our team of gardeners are experts in their field, they know when and how to care for the plants in your garden so they continue to thrive. Our team in the office will provide a fantastic customer experience, taking away the worry so that you can relax and know that the onsite team will deliver everything you are expecting and lastly we will provide a bespoke service to each customer, none of us are robots and all deserve to be treated as individuals.
