Hi! I'm Petra and I'm a fun and friendly Wedding Celebrant who will design and create a wonderful, personal and unique Wedding Ceremony for you two.
I love connecting with couples and getting to know you and with a Celebrant-led ceremony you will surprise all your friends and family, as they won't know what to expect, as I tell them your wonderful Love Story and we can include lots of extra symbolism in your ceremony.

What do you love most about your job?
For Wedding Ceremonies it's the joy of celebrating the love of couples and creating wonderful and unique ceremonies that will surprise your friends and family, as they really won't know what to expect!
For Vow Renewal Ceremonies it's so lovely to work with couples to celebrate and reconfirm their love for each other, whether it's after 1 year of marriage or 50 years of marriage. My most recent ceremony was with a couple in their 70s who had met and married just a few years ago and the ceremony was outdoors on a beach in North Wales...in February...and the sun was shining!
For naming ceremonies it's the joy of celebrating as you welcome your child into your family, with a themed ceremony, such as dogs, football, favourite Disney film, unicorns or teddy bears. It's so much fun and such a special occasion, which then turns into a great party for family and friends!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for the BBC in television production for 32 years and was made redundant just before the pandemic, so I decided to retrain as a Heart-led Independent Celebrant, with lots of transferable skills and I've found my true calling and love being my own boss!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am creative, well-organised, flexible and reliable. As part of my training, I had voice and presentation skills training, so you're in safe hands with me and we can have lots of fun creating your Wedding Ceremony, Vow Renewal Ceremony or Naming Ceremony.

Wedding Celebrant
My Wedding Ceremony Package fee of £600 for my BARK clients is all-inclusive, with no hidden extras, and my Vow Renewal Ceremony all inclusive fee is £500.
My wedding package includes the entire planning and on-the-day process:
*Getting to know you with meetings and my own couples questionnaire.
*Creating and writing your ceremony, which you approve, with a read-through at your home.
*Preparing for the ceremony with a rehearsal/walk-through at the venue.
*The Big Day - I will be there at least 1 hour before the ceremony starts and I only book one ceremony per day, so I am dedicated to you for the whole day.
You will also receive:
* a beautiful Keepsake Ceremony Script
* a framed Wedding Ceremony Certificate
My Naming Ceremony fee is £500 and I offer a discount for bookings made via BARK, so my all inclusive fee to you is £400.
My Naming Ceremony package includes the entire planning and on-the-day process:
*Getting to know you and your little one and discussing ideas and themes and researching the meaning of their names.
*Creating and writing your ceremony, which you approve, with a read-through at your home.
*Preparing for the ceremony with a visit to the venue.
*The Ceremony Day - I will be there at least 1 hour before the ceremony starts and I only book one ceremony per day, so I am dedicated to you for the whole day.
You will also receive:
* a beautiful Keepsake Ceremony Script
* a framed Naming Ceremony Certificate
