Excellent installation and commissioning of our system. We got several quotes and Bliss were competitive and offered the right combination of panels, inverters and batteries for us. The installation was arranged exceptionally quickly due to our travel plans with the whole installation completed speedily and in good order leaving the site clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend Bliss:
1. From the original estimate to the installation, they kept me well informed and even accommodated some changes that I made with very little fuss.
2. The guys who installed the system did a quick and efficient job and (to their credit) stayed well into the evening to make sure everything was OK (with the commissioning) which impressed me – well done guys!
3. The installation looks really good, and we are very pleased with the system’s performance.
4. They have a good after care package and are always on hand to answer queries.

After being badly let down with another nationwide company, I contacted Bliss Eco Energy, a local company for, to quote on sorting my problems out. The solution they came up with was far better than what the original one, a tad more expensive, but I feel it was worth it. The whole installation was up and running within a month of my first contact with Bliss. We recently had Bliss Eco Energy install two systems at our home - and we couldn’t be happier with the work.
Firstly Alex and his team installed two solar arrays with micro inverters + battery storage.
These have been running perfectly for the last couple of months now. They were tidy, professional and went the extra mile (as in long days!) to get things done quickly and working properly.
More recently Phil and his team (a huge thanks to Zack, Jack and Ronnie here!) spent several long days and worked tirelessly to install an R290 heat pump and in the process replace a great deal of odd victorian plumbing, old hot water cylinder, water pump, loft tank, radiators, you name it… as well as getting rid of a planet-polluting gas boiler.
Really a large amount of work done with great skill, care and professionalism.
Thanks so much Bliss Eco! Very, very glad we went with you all on these projects.

Highest possible rating for Bliss Eco Energy!
- Iain did a site visit for the sales call and was very clear in his explanation of the benefits of their micro-inverter technology and how my property's setup, with flat roofs exposed to the direction of the sun, was perfect for their flat-installed panels with micro-inverters.
- Alex and team did a clean and efficient job of installing the panels.
- The app gives an excellent idea of how the system is performing in real time, enabling us to modify our energy usage patterns appropriately.
- The back-end support correctly diagnosed the problem when someone from the utility company came to install a smart meter and mucked up the connections, claiming he was "cleaning" them. It took Alex five minutes to fix it when he came out.
- All along, Gaynor was super responsive to all our questions, even helping with the paperwork to sell energy back to the grid.
- Most importantly, the flat panels do work!! Even on a cloudy and drizzly day, they generated enough energy to cover all our needs.

Having had a terrible experience with a local solar company (still ongoing) Iain from Bliss made contact with me through an online enquiry I made on the Enphase website. I made an appointment with Iain and we talked through want I required and his knowledge left me feeling confident that they could deliver what I wanted. Within 3 weeks I have the system up and running, a far cry from the other company who took my deposit in September last year.
