We used BFW Transfers to take us to Manchester Airport and bring us home after our holiday. This is an honest review. David of BFW Transfers arrived 10 minutes before our pick up time (5. 30am). We were ready and so happy he had arrived early. He was a careful and experienced driver, made us feel safe. Upon our return, David was waiting for us to take us back home, once again, a very careful driver. Leading up to our holiday we received notifications of our collection time and date, reassuring us that we would be taken to the airport and would not be let down. Before we even left our hotel at our resort, we received another reassuring message letting us know our drivers name and registration and that he would be waiting for us. Second time using BTW transfers, can't fault the service, I especially liked the communication, being kept informed about your transfer is one less thing to worry about when your going on holiday, I've had two drivers both were really friendly and made sure our journey was a comfortable one, I plan to enquire about using them to take us to Christmas Markets which is a service I think they offer, I've got them on What's app now and the response time is really quick, see you soon guys for our next trip ✈️🌞🌲🎁

Awful, I placed an order via The Range for an entire bed. I arranged for this to be delivered 12th August 2024initially, however due to unforeseen circumstances I had to changed the delivery date via the app sent confirming delivery dates, I believe this was the DXD app, this was changed online and I was notified that the item would be delivered to the required address on the 21st August 2024. Subsequently after realising the item had not been delivered on return from holiday I contacted the DXD regarding the delivery and was passed to The Range, who then passed me to BFW. I have been passed from pillar to post. I was told that it would be investigated, and was shared a picture of the front door of the building which contains 6 flats as proof of delivery! How can an entire bed go missing. I specified that the delivery was for flat 6 and I never received anything. I have now been told that there is nothing that the company could do because I reported too late after the 12th August! As far as I was aware the delivery was changed to the 21st August and I got back to the company within 7 days. I feel totally cheated an nobody is doing anything to assist, the case has been closed, I have no bedframe and I have also lost my money. I will be leaving the same review with all companies as somebody has obviously stolen the bed. I can't see that it would have been left on the doorstep being an entire bedframe and given that I requested it to be delivered to flat 6 and I was not there to receive it, it should not have been left with anyone else. What company leaves a bed or loses tracking of a bed. Then tells their customer there is nothing they can do about it! More...
