WARNING!! This company is a scam!

I received a knock on my door from Jim and he offered to redo my driveway with block paving. At first everything looked sound and we even signed a proper contract and everything. The problems began after I paid and the work began. At first he started to ask for extra money here and there talking about oh we ran out of bricks or we need to get more material or we need this special piece of equipment.

Initially I went along and kept paying the extra until I realised that I have paid more that what was required for the job and he still kept asking for extra money. He and his lads then disappeared for over 2 weeks where he ignored all my calls. He then showed up one day and said he had been busy with other jobs and wanted even MORE money to complete my driveway even though he had been paid in full with extra even. I refused to keep giving him more money until the job was done and now I'm left with a driveway that's 50% complete and he's completely disappeared.
