Had them cut down a tree to manageable height. After they finished the job which was within 10 minutes, there was no tidying up, left the driveway all messy which happens to be shared with my neighbours. When I asked them to tidy up the answer I got was, I quote “I won’t do it, what will you do?” This was just because I asked them to accept a bank transfer instead of cash. Very rude in their response. Never using them again and wouldn’t recommend their service. More...
