Fence & Gate Installation
Very quick response and visited promptly to give a quote which we accepted. Our fence panels were rotten and damaged and entwined with Wisteria. We asked for the panels to be replaced and Wisteria to be cut back. They did all of the searching and ordering of new panels and arranged delivery. All old panels were removed and Wisterpruned right back. All old panels and vegetation were removed and taken away. The new fence was installed and the area left spotless. We required a heavy job to remove 2 large ponds with a ton of rockery stone, and then to dig and install a smaller pond in another position with rockery and plants as shown in the picture. They leveled and landscaped the original pond area. Ian and Joey worked like trojans in good and bad weather to complete the job in the time allowed. We were very pleased with the result and they left everything neat and tidy. They were also able to advise on other work in the garden that could be done. Our rental property comprising a GFF/FFF and garage needed quite a lot of external work to smarten it up.
Ian dug out and replaced several rotten fence panels on the property boundary and did a very good job, they should last for a long time.
He also cleaned and repainted a long wall, again excellent work.
He then removed a gate support on a wall of the house which was hanging off and made good, very neat.
Two gas meter cabinets attached to an outer wall looked terrible, black and mould, Ian somehow has made them look like new - pristine white.
Ian also did sundry other jobs around the property such as replacing a letter box, securing a power cable to the garage and filling in a crack in the garage roof.
We are so pleased with the high standard of work that we now going to ask Ian to quote for repainting the entire exterior of this property.
NB. When rental properties are maintained to a high standard and the exterior looks good, they are much easier to rent out.
