I really enjoy training with Ryan. He's friendly and easy to get along with. I'm only 4 weeks in and noticing results already. Not just physically but mentally my whole mindset has changed and that's thanks to Ryan's mentoring alongside my physical training.
Wouldn't want to train with anyone else now, highly recommend :)

Ryan is a super dedicated coach who also approaches one-to-one training with enthusiasm and a plan as to how we can get the best out of the session. As a result I always feel motivated and excited to work with him. He really knows his stuff and, even with small adjustments to exercises, I always feel like I go away with extra knowledge as well as a proper workout. He’s also great at keeping in touch with clients in the week, giving feedback and further encouragement for workouts, nutrition, etc. Based on his knowledge, skill set and personality, I’d honestly recommend him to anyone. Ryan has been absolutely invaluable to me as my personal trainer! When I started coming to the gym, I was very intimidated and had little confidence and knowledge on how to build a work programme for myself and what to do. Ryan built my routines, worked with me to make sure it suited my preferences, and pushed me every gym session. He taught me proper form and so much knowledge on how to maximise my potential at the gym. I saw huge improvements in the weight I could lift and saw visible muscle development on my body! Since finishing my 8 weeks with Ryan, I have been confidently going to the gym, consistently following the plan Ryan made, and am still seeing improvements every time. Ryan is a fantastic and extremely knowledgable coach, I'm a handful of sessions in, and I'm having a great experience I've been wanting to lift heavier but didn't want to do it without feeling like I know what I'm doing so that I don't end up hurting myself Ryans giving me the confidence, guidance, and structure to reach my goals would 100% recommend too anyone!

Working with Ryan on my goals have been really good, he’s help me reach alot of goals of mine and then on to new goals witch he’s always very keen to take the challenge.
He’s very honest about everything witch I needed to hear really to keep me motivated and more determined to reach my goals but got to say he’s a very nice man, really friendly and by the seems of it he’s gets on with everyone around the gym environment! :)

Ryan is like no other PT. He puts serious time and effort into his clients including weekly check-ins. His sessions challenge me, and I always feel the benefit in training with him instantly. I’ve just been with Ryan for about 3 weeks, I consider myself quite knowledgeable already nevertheless and by sticking to the diet and workout routine that he has given me I can already see the excess water retention that I put on my last bulk has gone down significantly and can see some muscles mass gained from these 3 weeks. I've been training with Ryan for 3 months now and I have to say it was an amazing experience. I've noticed changes throughout my body losing 3kg from 110kg as well as my attitude towards exercise, I've been more productive and outgoing and more confident to do things.

Before we even start with personal training sessions I pride myself on doing an in depth assessment week where I will break down the clients current diet/ macros/ training and lifestyle habits. This will give me a good indication on what I can do to help and establish how the clients metabolism is working.

Ever heard the term "I barley eat and still can't lose weight"..

Unfortunately, this practice is uncommon in the fitness industry but I believe this is the core fundamental to designing a workout/ macro plan that is sustainable over a long period of time, not just a "quick fix".

Once the programme has started we will go through the plan I have made week by week to familiarise you with the training methods I have suggested, we will make amendments and adjustments where necessary whilst tracking your progress in the gym through your very own app (optional).

Alongside this I will show you how to track your own food diary and make it easy and digestible so you aren't staring at the nutritional contents of a packet of chicken all day.

Weekly check ins are done weekly, I will ask you to fill out a form to ask you relevant questions as to how your fitness journey is going, we will check your sleep, nutrition, energy levels, weight, progress in the gym and much more. You will have an opportunity to change anything on the plan that you would like to and ask any questions you want answering.

There is no secret.. simplicity is key.

Follow a tailored training programme that you can stick to that is adapted to your lifestyle and desired outcome.

Follow an unrestrictive macro plan that will still allow you to eat the foods that you like whilst eating within a certain macro/ calorie target.

Work hard and stay consistent.

Sounds very cliche and I'm sure most personal trainers on here will be using the same phrase.

However, I am not interested in giving someone a quick 8 week weight loss transformation. I want to see my client achieve their goals and obtain these goals over the span of a lifetime by using correct sustainable methods.
