We required a list of jobs to be completed and Shane was extremely flexible and helpful in providing a choice of quotes and options for us.
We had questions, which Shane was happy to advise and offer suggestions.
When we received the price, which we were happy with, booking time in was straightforward and Shane also contacted us a few days before the job was due to start to offer an earlier date, which we were very happy about.
Shane had a couple of his team working in our office, which were all polite and profession, with a very high quality job. We were happy to trust them with a key and felt comfortable leaving them to do an excellent job - which they did. Plus they finished a day quicker than expected.
All-in-all, great helpful advice, brilliant customer service and professional, top quality job for a great price. Highly recommended.

I was contacted by this company and arranged for him to visit and give me a quote. An hour before he was due to visit, he called and asked to postpone to the next day at 10am.
By 11.15 that day he hadn't shown up. I haven't received any further communication either to explain his 'no-show' or to apologise.
Do I recommend? Afraid not, total failure on reliability and communication.
