I want to warn everyone to stay away from Benny and his services. He is extremely rough, unprofessional, and threatening.

I received a quotation and agreed on a price and time for the job. He mentioned he had another job starting at 11 AM and would call me after. Due to delays, he couldn't start the job on the agreed day, and I had plans for the next day. We rescheduled for two days later, but he insisted on doing only one trip per day, which would have taken at least three days to complete the job. I found someone else who could complete the job in one day, regardless of the number of trips, and hired them instead. I informed Benny to cancel the job but offered him another one.

To my shock, Benny started abusing me with F-words and threatened to smash all my windows if I posted a review on Bark, as he had my address. I was appalled by his response and informed him that my property has cameras and I have screenshots of our conversation, which I would provide to the police if necessary.

I also requested him to send the WTN copy to ensure he was disposing of the waste legally, but he delayed sending it intentionally. I doubt he has one.

Disgraceful, shocking atrocious service.

I will bullet point the treatment that I received:
*Held my items to ransome. Once everything was in the van they refused to drive the van until I agreed to now pay them more money .
*They double booked which resulted in them arriving an hour late (no apology).
*The van was filthy with mud and grass.
*They were clueless in how to pack my items into the van safely and effectively to utilise all space (including fragile items such as glass etc)
*They smashed 6 of the pieces of glass that was for my shelves.
*One of them was on focused/chatting on Snapchat when he was supposed to be focused moving items (he broke all the previously mentioned glass).
*Communication was rude, abrupt and ill mannered

The list goes on...

Shocking behaviour and treatment.
The absolute WORST of the WORST!

Appalling. Agreed price then he upped it the day before the job. On the day he left me waiting at the pick up with no communication. After I called he said he was running 1hr late (for a time sensitive job). Then 30 minutes later called and said was delayed an extra hour - at which point the job was no longer viable so I cancelled him. He was not happy. I had lined up extra help at both ends of this job so this was a total disaster. More...
