With a degree in Physiotherapy, as well as personal training and group fitness instruction, I bring an extensive knowledge and understanding of the human body, as well as passion for improving the lives of others.

I don't believe in crash diets and short term fixes. My purpose is to help you discover the physical and mental health benefits that come from movement and fitness and to feel empowered to carry this through your life.

The ability to have such a positive and lasting impact on peoples lives. To see them transform from the tentative newbie to complete powerhouse!! I love it when people find their inner confidence and are able to improve their quality of life long term.

I want to be for you the person I needed when I was a teenager and started out on my own fitness journey. There are a lot of myths that have come from money making corporations that perpetuate unhealthy behaviours, both in regard to nutrition and exercise. I founded my business to make sure that you avoid those traps and create a healthy, sustainable and most importantly, happy lifestyle in the long term.

My knowledge and experience combined with my passion for helping people and fitness means that you will be empowered with evidence based advice and a thorough programme of exercise designed to get you to where you'd like to be. My approach runs deeper than aesthetics and takes into account your lifestyle, your habits and what is healthy and sustainable for you to help you feel stronger, fitter and happier with your body long term.

Services

These one-to-one sessions will be tailored to help you meet your fitness goals. Before our first session, I’ll schedule a 20 minute consultation call with you to make sure I have as much information as possible to get us started on your fitness journey. Choose from a pay-as-you-go option or any block packages. We’ll train together at a private studio gym in the centre of Newbury, Berkshire, following a structured training plan designed to make you feel empowered and confident.

Prefer the high energy and fun of group exercise? My 45 minute group classes include a mix of body conditioning and cardio for a full body workout that’s suitable for any ability. Most classes will be in a circuit-style, with participants rotating around a number of stations, while enjoying some energetic coaching to ensure good technique and strong results - all to a carefully curated playlist to keep you moving!
