Bee polished have been a saviour of my time. For years I’ve thought about getting a cleaner, last year I took the plunge. My neighbour had been having the girls for a few months, after searching Facebook and Google I decided to ask what he thought about the cleaners . He said he couldn’t be more pleased so I sent a text. Corrina replied really quickly and a visit was booked. I have an unusual set up but that didn’t phase Carole. Almost a year later I now have time to do what I want and not have to clean. Bee polished communicate really quickly and the girls are fantastic.

I wouldn’t recommend Bee Polished.
Clean very poor.
I did challenge but was all very odd. Lots of excuses. Still bemused as to why none of our floors where hoovered or mopped and only 2 out of 3 bathrooms cleaned in what was a sufficient time of 2.5hours and 2 cleaners attending.

Totally unrealistic expectations for a house that had building work done. Two and half hours was totally insufficient time for what turned out to be a post -build clean, but was booked as a regular clean. My initial quotation was for three hours for a regular clean, but the client wanted two and a half hours. When we arrived the whole house contents were covered in thick dust from the recent kitchen installation, so we damp dusted all the surfaces,vacuumed the ground floor and thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms in the time we had. An initial deep clean should have been booked for the work required. The client was informed during the clean that we would not be able to do everything in the time, but still complained on their return. After the complaint we heavily discounted the bill, but decided not to to take up the client's offer to return.

Due date to start is next week but they were very good and very organised answered. All my questions very professionally and had a excellent attitude. Looking forward to my house being tidy and clean again . More...
