I offer 1:1 private therapy/counselling to adults (18+). I offer face to face, video and telephone sessions. I am accredited with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) I am bound by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have been working for the NHS since 2012 and have progressed to senior counsellor. I started my Private Practice in 2014. I am an integrative counsellor and use both psychodynamic and person-centred approaches in my work as well as incorporating other tools and methods if I feel they would be valuable to the client.

I believe in the individual's ability to grow and develop in the way that is best for them and I place great importance on the quality of the relationship between the Client and the Counsellor.

I believe that if a client experiences, warmth, empathy and a non-judgemental attitude within an honest, trusting and secure environment they will be empowered to grow and change aspects of their life that they are unhappy with.
