Be Warm and Cozy feel like a one in a million company. We moved into our new home and the old boiler was 25 years old and costing a fortune to run, whilst providing very little heat. Russell came the day we reached out and spent well over an hour talking me through the right heating options for our home. It was very obvious he cares deeply about his craft and customers. Within a few days Leah was out, and courteously and quietly getting on with the job. I was encouraged to reach out at any time with questions about our new set up. Nearly two months on and we have had no issues whatsoever. This feels less like a company and more like a home support service. Came on time both days. Covered everywhere they were working and then got on with the job. Leah who did most of the job at our house was very professional, hard working and friendly. Russell then came to help her finish off. He explained everything to us about operating the new system with patience and a friendly manner. On the day, he was running a bit late and texted to let me know. After 10 Years at British Gas and seeing what they did I knew we could improve on that service. We set out to make choosing a boiler simple and empowering our customers to choose the right boiler for them.
