What inspired you to start your own business?
10 years in the making, moved to the coast but still focused and committed to working to standard 9am-5pm.

For the more complex clients including specialist tax advice, I have access to a tax experienced third party.

Yes we mostly provide services online, although willing to travel if there is an urgent need.
We can also provide an online portal for support and queries.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Not applicable with remote working. On visits to customer premises, a request could be made for masks.
