I specialise in building strong, trusting relationships between you and your dog, no matter their breed or age. Whether you're raising a puppy, working with an adult dog, or addressing behavioural issues, I focus on helping you understand your dog’s emotions, canine body language and teach you how to use your own body to communicate consciously with your friend.

Natalia explained things so clearly. She was patient, knowledgeable and took as much time as I and my dog needed. What she taught me made sense. The session ended with me feeling hopeful and reassured. We'd definitely recommend. More...
What do you love most about your job?
I love to improve the life comfort of humans and dogs and build their mutual understanding and trust.
I am happy to see the joy on my client's face, and sometimes, also his disbelief that the goal was achieved so quickly.
The ability to improve communication between a person and their four-paw friend affects the quality of their relationship. It is wonderful to see a person's growing satisfaction and pride. It is even more wonderful to observe a dog's change of emotions: from fear or uncertainty to pure joy of life, love, and trust in his human.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved dogs and enjoyed listening to and reading about their needs, motivations, etc.
When I was a teenager, I started helping my friends understand their dogs better. I explained dogs' behaviours, motivations, and body language, and I also showed them how to train the basic commands.
After my studies, I moved away from my parents' home. Shortly after, I adopted a 10-year-old deaf German Shepherd and immediately got to work. First, I had to develop a way of communication adapted to the needs of my new deaf friend. At the same time, I had to deal with the separation anxiety that Baron was struggling with. I had seven days to solve this problem because I had to return to work. It was my first huge success. The satisfaction I felt gave me so much joy that I decided to help other dogs and their people professionally.
Why should our clients choose you?
Why is working with me a good decision? Because I'm good and effective at what I do. The results of my work are permanent, and the process itself is a pleasure for both dogs and people.
I have gained many years of experience and knowledge from books, courses, seminars, and webinars led by the best world specialists in canine psychology and behavioural problem-solving.
I am a communicative person. My goal is to help, not criticize. My clients say that they felt kindness and professionalism from the first moment. Others praise my patience and transparent way of explaining the dog's world.

I came to the UK shortly before Covid started.
During the pandemic, I focused on improving my English and writing ebooks about puppies.
Behaviourist / zoopsychologist
When addressing dog behaviour issues, I focus on identifying the root cause rather than just addressing the behaviour itself. Instead of simply training a dog to stop undesirable actions (such as barking or aggression), I ask why the dog is behaving this way. Understanding the cause of the behaviour allows me to help the dog resolve the underlying issue, leading to more lasting and meaningful change.
Problematic behaviours often arise when dogs—much like children—face challenges they don’t know how to handle or are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or fearful. Aggression, for example, doesn’t appear out of nowhere. When it’s not linked to a medical issue, it typically stems from unmet needs or negative emotions such as fear, stress, or the instinct to protect themselves. These emotions may seem irrational or senseless, but for the dog, this is the only strategy they know. Our job is to identify the source of the problem and teach your dog more effective ways to feel safe in situations that once overwhelmed them.
By teaching your dog new coping strategies, we can change their behaviour. The goal is to resolve both your dog's problem and yours. When your dog feels more secure, they will no longer feel the need to defend themselves, which eliminates aggressive behaviour. As a result, their response to stressful situations will naturally improve.
This approach also applies to issues like separation anxiety. I will show you how to build your dog’s confidence and reduce their fear of being left alone. When your dog feels secure in your absence, they will no longer have the urge to bark or destroy things at home.
This method works for all behavioural problems—it’s always about addressing your dog’s unmet needs and emotional state. By helping your dog feel safe, calm, and confident, we not only improve their behaviour but also enhance your experience as their leader (not "owner").

Dog Training
Please DO NOT contact me if your goal is to force your dog into blind obedience at all costs, or if you’re planning to use tools like choke collars or harsh methods. If your aim is to turn your dog into a robot-like machine, deprived of its own will, then I am NOT the trainer you're looking for.
The well-being of my four-legged clients is my top priority. I believe dog training should be a cooperative partnership built on mutual respect and trust. Training should be fun and engaging for both you and your dog (yes, just like playtime!). A relaxed mind learns faster, and teaching through play works wonders—not only for children! 😉
During our sessions, I will teach you the basics of dog body language and how to clearly communicate your expectations. One of the most common mistakes is sending mixed signals, which can confuse your dog. For example, if your body language is telling your dog to move forward, but your words say "stop," the dog won’t know what to do. Many people aren’t aware of how much their body is communicating to their dog, and these unconscious signals can cause confusion.
Once you learn to communicate in a way your dog understands, your bond will deepen, and the training will be a much more enjoyable experience for both of you.
General Obedience Training focuses on teaching your dog basic commands and creating a solid foundation. It does not cover behavioural problem-solving. If your dog is displaying issues like aggression towards other dogs, excessive barking, fear, or anxiety, you may need behavioural therapy.
