Mum and kid sessions
Who said you can’t workout with kids or around them?
As I’m a mum myself , I know how difficult can be to find the time and motivation to train while looking after your kid, and with childcare being particularly costly, it becomes an extra challenge trying to find the time for a good workout.
With this in mind, you can bring your child with you during the workout sessions ( these sessions are outdoor next to a kid playground)
