My main concern was the price of £850.00 I had to pay for a job that needed just a few finishing touches like placing the edging on one side, and placing four standard 50x50cm slabs to finish of a section were the majority of slabs I had already laid, all the material used, except for the gravel was already there which I had bought and had delivered a few weeks ago, I even give them two bags of sharp sand of mine to mix cement.
The hard work of removing the old driveway and levelling I had already done, basically the materials they they brought was maybe a bag of cement a bag of sand and 10mm gravel which amounted to between 10 - 14 wheelbarrows full followed by the levelling, roughly two and a half hours work.
Is that really worth £850,- ?

Thank you for review Roland, but can I please confirm that you were quoted in full before any work took place and you agreed to the price. Yes you did supply some materials but I also had to purchase additional materials and pay my staff who are highly skilled. I am sorry you feel this was highly priced but as stated I have to costings to cover and you were made aware of all costing in a written contract before work commenced. Thank you Miles
