I had gary at my house on February 2024 he was full of his services and we went with his architect and paid our money.
We got an email in the beginning of march saying as we had planning the build should be going ahead in May/June time.
Fast forward in October/ November after chasing gary and Alex the architect about what was happening with planning he promise in June all I got was it was the council planning.
So I reached our to the council and they told me it was all on gary and Alex which they were stalling on giving the right information for the planning to be passed.
I could not get any right answers from both of them so I pulled out, now gary is saying that he will not give back any funds.
I have now got trading standards onto him and taking him to court in January 2025.
Do not listen to any of his spin as it never his fault.
