I needed new fencing to be put around my back and front garden I had 3 traders contact me. AW Home improvements they give me a quote and I was very pleased It was the cheapest quote out of the 3. Brilliant lad Thomas is very nice to talk to I had a quote by a different roofer who told me that I needed new felt&battens which it was old and letting in rain water he give me a quote for £4700 which I was shocked. Thomas rang came out got on my roof and took pictures he came back down and informed me that my felt&battens were in good order he showed me pictures. He told me the problem was my gutters not the roof. He installed sport felt trays showed me pictures of the work been carried out and he charge me £350 which I was very happy with. There is no more leaks in my roof and Thomas give me a 5year guarantee with the work he did. I would recommend Thomas and he’s business to anyone very honest lad and you can see he loves what he does. Thank you Thomas for the work you did saved me money I never had to spend 👍 More...

I had 4 broken tiles on my roof, Thomas came out give me a quote which I was very happy with as it was reasonable, Thomas was very polite very nice lad explained what he was gonna do and he took pictures of the old tiles to the new tiles and he even cleaned my front gutter out on he’s way down for free which I was very happy with and appreciated the kind act from Thomas.
I would recommend AW Home improvement and I have saved there number for any more jobs that need doing in the future.. good job Thomas 😁

I had a leak on my roof I had 2 other roofers come out and told me they had found the problem and told me it was done and it would not leak anymore. Which it did. Thomas from AW home improvement came out he took pictures of the problem he give me a quote which was a lot cheaper then the other 2 roofers that came out. Thomas took pictures before and after to show me what had taken place on my roof he give me a 5year guarantee which was sent to my emails. It rained that’s night and am happy to say there was no leaks. I would recommend Thomas to anybody. He is a lovely chap and easy to talk to. I have given he’s number to some of my family members. What do you love most about your job?
Best thing i love about my job is meeting new people and helping them to resolve there problems on there homes its nothing better then seeing the smile on the customers faces when you have done a brilliant job and you show them the pictures of the work carried out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to make something of my self and helping others is a big thing to me as my mum is a nurse and she cares for people and that has rubbed down on meand gives me the inspiration to help
Why should our clients choose you?
Why they should choose me is i take good care of my clients i try my best to do the job cheap as i can I promise to beat any quotes given by other traders i take pictures of the work before and afters so customers have peace of mind that everything has been done to a high standard and i give guarantee on all work done kn the propertys
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Over covid i did all work with my customers by phone/emails i whent and did the work sent them pictures of the work and they payed by bank transfer. So no contact ever got made between us
