How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Myself and the Asset Team endeavour to help our clients achieve their fitness goals by creating personalised workout and nutrition plans tailored to their needs, fitness level, and lifestyle. We focus on:
1. Goal Setting – Understanding their objectives (weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, etc.) and setting realistic milestones.
2. Customised Workouts – Designing effective exercise routines that match their fitness level and preferences.
3. Nutritional Guidance – Providing advice on healthy eating habits that complement their training.
4. Progress Tracking – Regular assessments to monitor improvements and adjust the plan as needed.
5. Motivation & Accountability – Keeping them engaged, motivated, and consistent through coaching and support.
6. Injury Prevention & Recovery – Educating them on proper form, stretching, and recovery techniques to avoid setbacks.
Our goal is to ensure they build sustainable habits that lead to long-term success and a happier more active life. Which betters our clients and all of those around them.

What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of being a gym owner and personal trainer is seeing the positive impact I have on people’s lives. Watching clients transform—not just physically, but mentally, exercise and guiding clients can be such a game changer. Whether it’s helping someone gain confidence, overcome health challenges, or reach a milestone they never thought possible, those moments make all the hard work worth it.
As a gym owner, I also love building a supportive community where people feel motivated and encouraged. Seeing members push each other, celebrate progress, and develop lifelong healthy habits makes me proud to be part of their journey. Ultimately, helping people become the best version of themselves is what drives me every day.
