Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Coaching
Neuro : All our thoughts, beliefs and behaviours are stored and driven at a neurological level.
Linguistic: The language which we use to communicate with others and with ourselves neurologically.
Programming: We are constantly programming, reprogramming and allowing others to affect our thinking even from birth. The key is to understand that these programs can be changed.
We use elements of NLP in our coaching to help change the way that we think about ourselves for the better.
