After asking local roofers to quote for repointing of our roof and chimney stack, and having none of them turn up (whilst the roof continued to deteriorate further) I put the job onto here).
These lads offered to visit to quote for the work, and came the next day. They went up onto the roof, took clear photos of what was needed, and sent a clear no fuss quote over within an hour. It was reasonable, so I gave them the job and it was booked in literally for 3 days later. They turned up on time, got on with the work, and had it finished within the day. The work completed was as follows:
- Fit dry verge to gable end (old cement was also removed)
- Replace quantity of rotten baton ends
- Repoint chimney stack
- Repoint ridge tiles
- Fit eave felt protectors
- Remove moss (lots and lots of moss)
Absolutely cracking service by a decent and very pleasant bunch of lads, and no mess left, everything was cleared up fully. Definitely will happily recommend them to others, and would go back to them for any future job.
Many thanks to Creddy and his team for a good experience, which was fairly priced, fuss free, and crystal clear, and helping ensure our roof isn't the scruffiest on the street anymore.

Did the job on the first dry day available, as Levi said they would. Sent a proper, clearly worded quote. Worked quickly. Cleaned up afterwards. Happy with the work done.

After rainwater came through my bedroom ceiling, Levi came out to give me a quote. He was very thorough, taking lots of clear photos of the work needing to be done so i could see.
Levi and his colleagues returned as soon as weather allowed and completed the work in good time, again taking photos to show the work completed.
Very polite and professional and left no mess. Would reccommend.

I had a bit of an issue with a neighbours chimney stack that had been re pointed on three sides but not on my side. After trying to work out a solution with the neighbour and the roofer, the chimney stack began to leak and needed repairing. With still no cooperation with the neighbours I needed the job doing quickly and efficiently. Levi came along and had a look, gave me a quote, which was emergency pointing on the stack, slate repair and repair of the stone gutter and it's flashing. While the job was being done he calmly got on with the job while the neighbour and the roofer who they hired came along and were quite rude and territorial towards Levi. Levi calmly diffused the situation and got the jobs done. You get pictures on the quote, and pictures after the job is completed. Payment is easy with online payment and bank transfer. Levi @ ASAP Property Maintenance contacted me almost instantly after posting my job online and arranged a convenient time to visit and provide me with a quote. I was happy with the price given and he came the following day to complete the work. Good communication, very efficient and polite.
