Richard came and gave us a reasonable quote which we accepted. He seemed a nice man and we arranged a date to suit us both.
The night before the job was due to start he kindly sent a txt to confirm everything was ok for the following day. We moved furniture ready and looked forward to getting painting done.
Unfortunately that is where it ended. Sadly he didn’t show up. No txt or call. I txt him twice and had no response.
Very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend you waste your time and effort with this company.

Unfortunately, no one answered the door when I turned up and I waited patiently but to no avail. Why would I message the night before if I wasn't going to turn up. makes no sense. As for messages sent to me I had one cancelling the job later on.

Cut every corner possible, had to stand over them to get any quality of work done. EG. I specifically asked for 4" posts and got 3" posts.

Hi Len, Thank you for your inaccurate review. Firstly, it was yourself that changed the fence type half way through the job and not us, also it was you who asked for specific mex post holders and the only posts that would fit are 3inch. And for some reason, you were more than happy when we were there and never raised any issues with us at the time.
