What do you love most about your job?
Giving our clients the home of their dreams. Seeing the final result and knowing that what has been achieved is what was required without costing the earth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working for firms that focused only on making money at the expense of clients needs it was clear that the way to progress was to start a company that focuses on the needs of clients and not our ego.

With years of specialised knowledge in the design sector we have a high planning approval rate, as well as the knowledge required to see the project in a 360 degree approach to the design we can consider the construction phase from the first instance.

We carry out an initial on site visit and survey and all other works can be carried out remotely. We wont ever ask our clients to carry out survey work themselves as this is a sure fire way to disaster.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Where requested we will carry out any meeting socially distanced and wearing face coverings.
Planning applications
We submit and manage entire planning application process on behalf of our clients.
Liaising with the planning officers and council to create the best possible option for our clients.
Party wall awards
We manage the entire party wall process from notices to service of awards between owners.
We take the hassle out of the owners hands and aim to carry out a cost effective and swift process which satisfies the obligations on any owners within the process.
Pre-purchase assessment
We carry out a pre purchase assessment on any property our clients are considering purchasing.
With a 1hr visit at £150 + VAT which includes an on site assessment of the property and its likelihood of obtaining planning approval and advising on the steps required in the process.
Building Control full plans application
We carry out full building control design to ensure that any works are designed to comply with current building regulations.
we will then submit to and liaise with building control to ensure full plans sign off.
Concept design
We look at feasibility options for any project. To work out the best possible options for clients and help them work out the most cost effective plans for their needs.
