Rob and Johnny installed a home battery and looked at some problems I'd had with my panels and inverter (when I couldn't find anyone locally to engage with this without selling me a new system) They were professional knowledgeable and friend and still available to answer the odd question 2 years on!

What inspired you to start your own business?
One cold winter’s day, while sipping on a steaming hot, watered-down coffee from the man in the van, waiting for the roof to defrost, Rob proposed an idea to Jonny. Having grown tired of companies trying to upsell what clients don’t need, taking advantage of their staff, cutting corners on installations and paying close attention to the poor-quality installs provided by so-called professionals, it was decided there and then that they wanted to create a company based on these principals; integrity with what we sell and pride in what we do.
And so, Arc Line Design was born.
Domestic
We use accurate software to give a realistic return on investment figures. PV is a major investment for a home so we ensure you understand what is being sold.
We do not sub-contract the installation to the lowest bidder. The installation will be supervised and installed by an Arc Line Design employee
Commercial
We have experience in retro-fit commercial installation up to 150kWp. On pitched tiled roofs to green roofs and everything in-between.
We understand the due-diligence commercial customers need to follow to ensure the installation meets H&S requirements and is installed to commercial and industrial standards
New Build
We have vast experience in the new build sector. From interpreting specifications to liaising with architects and editing ACAD drawings.
We are constantly commended on our ability to be flexible with the demands and time constraints of new builds, without compromising the approved design.
Battery Storage
Are batteries financially viable for everyone? Not always. However, many installers will suggest battery storage without assessing your energy usage.
We will only suggest battery storage after assessing your usage and explaining how long it will take to get a return on your investment
