Toilet blocked up 9pm Friday night, Michael came to our rescue at 8am Saturday morning! Issue was more complicated than initially anticipated but he didnt give up and made sure we had a perfectly working toilet again within the hour! Michael was punctual with time, a really lovely and friendly guy who definitely knows his stuff! He even cleaned the area's with 'pet friendly' cleaner! Honestly can not thank him enough for not giving up and coming to our aid at a desperate time! Highly recommended and wouldnt hesitated to use him again!! Extremely happy with his service, thankyou!! I've had a problem with my bath draining for a long while, I knew it wasn't a problem for a plumber and found aquajet as a local company through a google search. BRILLIANT SERVICE from start to finish, polite and helpful on the phone, quickly made an appointment, was understanding when I had to change the appointment because I'd forgotten it was my daughters birthday 🙈, parked considerately on my drive, methodical in finding the problem, clean and tidy in solving the problem (40 years of limescale buildup leaving only a pinhole behind for drainage in the pipe, took pictures to prove to my partner that it wasnt my daughters hair that was responsible!) then sorted the bathroom sink too that was heading the same way! Highlighted someone elses previous bodge job, hidden behind a loft hatch, that may cause a problem in the future that i might like to get checked out at some point) No mess left behind, and VERY reasonable to solve my bath problem, the fact he did the sink too was a bonus for me (considering what a plumber would charge for a call out and not even solve the problem!) Would recommend to anyone and have already passed on his details to my family just incase they need his services in the future! More...
