Didn't turn up first two times. Were told plastics would be cleaned and weren't, when asked to remove spiders eggs we were told they would go themselves. woman on the phone was extremely rude. Barefaced lie in the reply from the company, the man arrived and started cleaning the windows without receiving any abuse. Only when my wife asked him to re clean (spider's eggs) the first window again and he refused was he told not to come again. Saying my wife was intoxicated sums this company up. I had high hopes when this company took over my previous window cleaner’s round, but unfortunately, the service has been disappointing. The first time, my windows were not cleaned properly. The second time they changed the window cleaner he was better but he only cleaned some of the windows had to go out to get him back twice, claiming the others weren’t included—despite no clear explanation as to why anyone would hire a window cleaner to do only half the job. To make matters worse, they required cash payment, which I provided, only to later receive a message asking for the money again. We highly recommend Andrew and his team who did an incredible job with our roof and window cleaning. It was a very extensive job with lots of moss build up, but Andrew and co did an incredible job and ensured that surrounding areas were clean at the end of the day. Punctual, polite, and hard working - we are really pleased with the service from the quotation process to how quickly he came and fitted us in as well.
