A brilliant company. On initial contact the person on the phone was polite, patient and helpful with all my questions. We were then given a very reasonable quote which we accepted. They did not turn up for the appointment

I've given Applewood 5 stars because everything about their work was professional and excellent. After some bad experiences, it was a delight that Applewood quoted briskly, competitively - and communicated, a rarity, we've found. Arriving on the dot of 8, they introduced themselves politely and set to work after discussing requirements. Fuelled with occasional drinks and ice cream (it being the hottest days of the decade) they finished on time, having built a smart fence across challenging, sloping terrain and moved sections of existing fence, re-using and re-concreting posts. i have yet to have any work done with applewood but thier response to my advert was quick so that's a positive start.

Unfortunately this is not a good review. Danny initially came across well by texting me with useful details. However, he was unable to arrange a day and time to come out to see the fence and make a quote. Twice the time had to be changed and then half an hour before he was due to turn up he texted me saying his car wouldn't start and even sent a video of the dashboard with a red light flashing. I had a short notice job for a replacement fence. Applewood gave me a great quote and were able to do the work asap. Great company, will definitely use them again.

Very happy with the customer service & work carried out in a quick efficient manner. I had initially found Applewood via Bark website where they reached out to me to provide a quote the very next day. I had received further details of the work two days later & two weeks on installation complete, even in the mild rain. I had a wobbly fence where 5 spur posts were fitted. Now my fence is straight! My patio fence had completely broke & brand new concrete posts & gravel boards with close boards fencing fitted on both sides of my patio . Now it’s absolutely solid & 100% perfect. 5* service!
