Keith came and had a look around my family 2 bed semi that was full to the brim with old stuff, he was very open and honest and gave me a very reasonable quote to clear the whole house and the shed. True to his word, he cleared the whole lot for the amount quoted. Him and his 2 lads were great efficient workers. It even rained a lot but they powered through. What I really like in particular is the way they try to help others by selling on whatever might be of worth to someone else from their shop. They even limit all goods with a low maximum value. Would highly recommend! Great lads, great work ethic and very reasonable and honest. Thanks again More...

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people, and helping those who need it to complete whatever task they need to do, in the easiest and quickest way possible.
I also love the exploration of other peoples history, as this shows through with a lot of clearances, an individuals history is a great story in itself.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am an individual who likes to help others, as such I hate to see people struggle, especially with essential requirements, and I also hate to see people scammed and robbed, as such an incident involving my aunties mothers house, prompted me to open Applebeez property clearance.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are three different types of house clearance specialists
Type 1 - The Dumpers.
This type of company will just take everything to the rubbish dump, no matter what it is, they just want to get the stuff out and binned. so even furniture that can be used by someone else will just be binned.
Type 2 - The Selective.
This type of company will come and only take what they want, Charity shops are amongst those that do this, they will arrive and only take certain items, then you still have to hire someone to get rid of the rest.
Type 3 - The Hoarder

Applebeez property clearance, sort through your belongings, and donate to the local church, animal shelters, charity shops, and also sell items on ultra cheap in our shop in Sunderland. Meaning we assist the local community in many ways. we have many elderly customers, students, and immigrants, who use our shop to purchase their requirements. In fact, we have had a customer from Manchester come into the shop, and buy for delivery to Manchester, because it was much cheaper for her, than purchasing the items in her home town.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Not applicable. Covid is no longer a major issue today as it was a few years ago. Our staff are required to remain at home if they do have the virus.
