I pride myself on offering sensibly priced, fully insured, professional exterior cleaning services tailored to the surface and customers needs. There are many Tradesmen out there who may charge extortionate prices to 'balance on the roof and pressure wash it'. Not only potentially damaging the tiles, but themselves in the process. I'll always ensure the job is carried out safely with the correct access equipment, and tidy up after the work is done.
Roof Cleaning
I carry out moss removal using scrapers and brushes to gently remove the moss without damaging the tiles. I use a scaffold tower for working at height, eliminating the need to walk on the roof. After the bulk of the moss is removed, I apply a Biocide softwash solution to the tiles, which will kill off any remaining moss, algae and lichen, restoring the tiles to their natural colour.
Gutter Clearing
I use a gutter vac to clear out moss and debris from the gutters. I always ensure the gutter is working correctly after cleaning, unblocking any downpipes and informing you of any repairs needed.
Gutter and Fascia washing
I first apply a UPVC cleaning solution to the gutters and fascias to break down the dirt, then scrub and rinse them using a water fed pole.
Window Cleaning
I use a water fed pole alongside traditional methods to clean windows, doors and conservatories.
Solar panel cleaning
A UPVC cleaning solution is applied to the solar panels, then they are scrubbed with a soft brush and rinsed using pure water to prevent damage or streaks. I always work from a scaffold tower to avoid walking on the roof.
