Anthonys garden care

They finished a rank job at 8.30 pm.
They then threatened me when i said i wanted to look at job before paying.

Please this was only my experience do not judge on what one person says

It was not like that, the job was completed to a very high standard, and u kept on complaining and treating us badly. if everyone takes a look at our previous work and reviews we carry out quality work everytime and we have extremely happy customers. You tried looking for every excuse not to pay, we provide high quality work everytime. We have been scammed in the past. Its very unfair. And just to clarify WE DID NOT THREATEN YOU.

Do Not Use this guy, they will damage your house. Anthony cut the wire of electric and it make all electric off in my house. I agreed with him to pay half of the fee for electrician came to to fix it even it was not my fault. At the end, they refused to pay their half and want me to pay in full when they received their money. They are the liars. Besides, they was quote me £350 on the phone, but when they come, they charge me £500 . Anthony is a very polite young man who came and assessed the site and provided a quote which was on the high side, but he gave me assurance the job would be done to the right standard. The job consisted of:-

- Sanding and painting a sleeper wall
- Pressure washing and tidying/filling in missing grouting from a patio
- Pressure washing, sanding and sealing block paving
- Laying membrane and running a lawn border round a the front garden

Work was delayed a few week due to the weather.

When work commenced it started really well, however after 2 days Anthony and his partner essentially said they were not going to do anymore work, having not completed the garden work (they laid the membrane but said they couldn't install the border. THey actually made it worse as they trailed slate chips all over the garden) and not applying the seal to the block paving (they applied a first coat however used about 1/4 of the right amount so this was basically useless).

When it came to payment they offered to knock £50 off the price having done only 60-70% of the job. It was clear to me they simply couldn't be bothered to do the hard work.

They wasted some materials that I bought and also left some open meaning it was useless. I asked for them to cover the cost of this and they ignored me.

Sadly I did not have the positive experience many seem to have had. I told them they did not leave me a happy customer... Anthony did seem to be disappointed by this but his partner just seemed to want to take the money and run. More...

Came earlier than expected and did the job that day very prompt and professional and very very nice people I would not hesitate to use them again

Patrick did an excellent job on the front of my house and left it immaculate. The work was so good I have asked Anthony's to now deal with my back garden as well.
