How long have you been in business?
I have been running a cleaning business for 20 years. Over the last 20 years we have services customers in different niches including medical cleaning to NHS cleanliness standards. We are now focusing on delivering a 5 star cleaning service for local residential clients.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We offer both labour only service and all inclusive cleaning service with the provision of cleaning supplies and tools at a premium rate. To save our Clients money, we recommend that they use our labour only service and we provide them with the list of products and tools for their property based on the property fixtures and fittings, flooring, etc. By doing this, we ensure that the Client has the right (and cost effective) tools and materials and the overall cost of our service is a lot more appealing.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and making a difference in their lives by giving them back the most precious commodity - time. It is truly rewarding to receive thank you messages from my Clients for our hard work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started in 2004 when I was working long hours in a in a large corporation and wanted to spend weekends with my family rather than cleaning the house. It was incredibly difficult to find a reliable cleaning service and after a few disappointments with no shows and low standards of cleaning, I decided to start my own cleaning business, which was the best decision I made.

We are a family run business which cares about each and every Client. We get to know the Client's preferences and do our best to deliver a consistently good service. Our cleaners are all trained, vetted, fully insured and most importantly, they love what they do.

We are based in Berkshire but we can provide services across the UK using local professional cleaners on our database of trained and vetted cleaning professionals.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our cleaners wear PPE (face mask and gloves) and they are not allowed to come to work if they have COVID symptoms or any other condition, which can put our Clients at risk.
