What inspired you to start your own business?
After working within the trade for many years it was an ideal opportunity to (25 years ago) to start our own business and offer a better service than all the others!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Supplying products for the disabled & elderly we obviously worked throughout the covid lockdown visiting clients in the homes. We had to implement many procedures to ensure our staff were kept safe just as much as the customers (hazmat suits, face fit masks, alcohol hand rub, gloves etc) as well as daily covid test for all staff and weekly testing at the local pharmacy. All engineers are still supplied with the masks, and gloves and if required can wear these upon visits.
