Hello, I’m an integrative, person-centred counsellor offering a safe, supportive space where you can talk freely—without fear of judgement.
With a background in healthcare, including experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and a degree in health sciences, I bring a holistic understanding of well-being to my counselling practice.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the human connection. I am priviledged to be able to help and support people through their most vulnerable and distressing times, often leading to life changing decision making or something a little simplier like self-love and acceptance.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love working for myself, having my own values and principles imprinted into my practice allows me to be as authentic and genuine as I can be, therefore my clients receive my fullest attention with no distractions that are often found within a traditional workplace. Being self-employed also allows me to continue volunteering with a local community development organisation which supports vulnerable parents and families throughout rural South Lanarkshire.
Why should our clients choose you?
I bring a wealth of life and work experience, I posses a range of knowledge particularly within health & well-being. I will always be honest and work hard to help you as much as I possibly can.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, happy to provide counselling remotely through a secure platform.
Person centred counselling
I work in a way that places you at the heart of the process. My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic techniques to suit your individual needs, while staying grounded in person-centred values of empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.
I have experience working with a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, I’ll walk alongside you—supporting you to better understand yourself and make sense of your experiences.
I hold a particular interest in the mind-body connection and the way emotional distress can show up physically, just as physical conditions can impact emotional well-being. My aim is always to support clients in nurturing self-compassion and building resilience—so they can move forward in a way that feels right for them.
