I was not asked to clean the shared path to the side of the house . It got rinsed where the water ran onto it so the chemicals weren’t left on the path . If it had not taken so long to do the back moving loads of furniture around i would have had more time to spend on the front. I was already over the 2hr parking and trying to avoid a ticket .

I found Andy a very pleasant person.He went under the home in wet condition which I think other handy men would not do.He connected everything up and rang the next day to see if everything was okay. Andy had a bit of a job on his hands with two flights of concrete stairs, a patio and the top porch on a dreadfully rainy day, but he did brilliantly, bringing the black grimy stone back to its formerly lovely sandstone colour: I thoroughly recommend him for a job well done - plus he was prompt responding to my initial call and arrival on site.

Andy was very efficient, the end product was to a high standard and I would and did recommend him. I had my patio and path pressure washed and my sister had her gutters cleaned. She as very pleased also.

Andy is a very hard worker and totally transformed our overgrown jungle of a garden leaving everything clean and tidy.

Made the prices up as he went along and didn't stop swearing at the top of his voice.

Its dificult to estimate the weight of 20 full bags and loads of heavy wood and a heavey sofa . i only increased the price on the second load because i made no money at all on the first load because of the high tip fees. I think i charged a fair price for 2 van loads of rubbish and my time and fuel and tip fees . I didnt swear at the top of my voice .

Andy and his company was very helpful and gave very professional
Job done and was very obliging no matter was he done
We are very happy with the end result of the work that he carried out
And would not hesitate in using him again More...

As i said i would i went back with a different chemical and cleaned the rest of the burnt in carbon from the inside of the oven

We pay for leads and often wait for peoole to gather other quotes. I went with the first job that confirmed asking Joy if she could wait a week which she agreed. A few days later i recieved an email saying she decided to use someone else . Im fine with that i try to be fair . I wish people would review my work not damage my business by leaving reviews for jobs i didnt do .
