I’ve been training with Andy for a few months now and I have made progress in the gym far beyond what I expected. I am lifting more weight than I would ever have imagined and seeing more muscle tone. Honestly cannot recommend Andy enough. I had a little gym knowledge but needed someone to coach me and he's been amazing with me, always happy to help with anything and just a message away if I need him. He's proper canny and we have a good laugh during our sessions but getting a really good workout in as well. I almost don't want to recommend him too much in case he gets too popular and he is taken away 😅 But seriously, Andy is great, very knowledgeable and always happy to change things round if they don't suit you or you get injured. Even offers nutritional advice including calories and macros, which is helpful if you're training for something or wanting to lose weight! More...

Can’t say how much I would recommend Andy! I’ve always struggled with consistency and motivation with the gym and Andy has been so supportive and encouraging. I have been working with Andy for a few months now and his guidance has been amazing. I'm into my eighth week of working with Andy and I'm extremely pleased with how things are going. He is calm and patient (which very much suits me) but still knows how to push me. The help he has provided during, and in-between sessions has been fantastic and I've also found the information in the Quick coach app to be useful too. When I first met with Andy I had already followed workout plans etc but only at home. I found myself in a real slump where I had little motivation and felt intimidated at the thought of going into a gym but I decided to take the plunge and send Andy a message…. Well we’ve only been working together for a few weeks but what a difference a few weeks makes! Honestly I wish I’d done it sooner, Andy is really supportive, encouraging and most of all I feel motivated, he creates targeted, personal plans and will tweak and work on anything that is a specific goal - If anyone out there is thinking about doing some strength training, and you don’t know where to start then I’d highly recommend Andy! I have been working with Andy for around 8 weeks now and during this time, I have discovered a love for the gym, which I never thought possible. I have always loved doing gym classes but could never get motivated to use the gym on its own. Andy is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. He has helped me to find an exercise plan that works for me and that I stick to. He is not pushy but will challenge me to work at my limit. I am very happy with my progress, having nearly reached my target weight, lost inches all over and I feel like a much healthier version of myself. I've never had a personal trainer before, so I've have no one to compare him to. However Andy has set the bar very high. We've worked very hard for the past 17 weeks and have made progress. His support is not only in the gym but regular checks in through the week. Sending recipes etc. In the gym, he is patient and encouraging. Demonstrating unteen times if needed. Been working with Andy for 2 months now, and even in that short time he has helped me change my health for the better. He is very patient and knowledgeable, gives 100% support both in the gym and outside of the gym with any questions or advice. Q&As

I will work with you to set realistic but challenging targets.
I will work with you to create a workout plan which fits into your schedule and is sustainable for you.
I will provide you with calorie and protein targets to help you achieve your goals.
I will check in with you each week to monitor progress and set weekly targets.
Should your circumstances change, e.g. you suddenly have more or less time available to exercise, I will tailor your workout plan to fit.
I will be available to support you through your journey.
I will be happy to share nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals.
You will have 24/7 access to my resource hub for answers to FAQs which will help you to stay on track.

Step 1: Have a clear idea of what you want to achieve

Step 3: Create a workout plan designed specifically to achieve those goals
Step 4: Create nutritional targets specific to your goals
Step 5: Effort will be required from you and I will work with you to keep you on track

I have a degree in Business Management and always wanted my own business but wasn't sure in which industry. When I lost a lot of weight and gained a love for the gym I realised that being a PT would be a very rewarding career. I started helping friends and family and studied my PT qualifications and have never looked back.

I am friendly, down to earth and have experienced the challenges that many people are facing in today's society. I take great pride in my positive reviews which demonstrate my commitment to each client. Every client is different and I adapt to any challenges we may encounter, working with you to overcome them. I don't expect perfection, just hard work, honesty and a desire to achieve your goals.

I only offer online or training plan only packages to client's who I have worked with in person. I enjoy working with clients in a gym setting as it allows me to learn more about you. From there, I can customise your training plans to be enjoyable, efficient and effective. Once we have worked together for at least one month, I can provide you services online if required.
