Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment. It means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment.
Mindfulness is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) for the prevention of relapse in recurrent depression. Mindfulness can also assist with stress reduction, resilience, creativity, relationships, concentration, communication, health and wellbeing, self-esteem, anxiety, pain reduction, better sleep and many more.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a holistic therapy that utilises hypnosis with the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Hypnotherapy has been approved by the UK Government and the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and can help with various issues: stress, anxiety, depression, pain, substance abuse, negative habits, OCD, fears, phobias, insomnia, traumas and many more.
