Do you feel like you’re always holding everything together for everyone else—anticipating the next crisis, juggling responsibilities, and never getting a moment to breathe? Chronic anxiety and overwhelm might leave you exhausted, yet you keep pushing forward, unsure how to step off the treadmill.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Like many people, I’ve had times in my life when I needed extra support. Turning to a counsellor during those moments made a real difference and ultimately inspired me to become one myself. It showed me how transformative it can be to have someone truly listen—without judgement—and help you navigate life’s challenges.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Working online means you are able to benefit from convenience and being in the comfort of your own home whilst receiving the warmth and connection that face-to-face sessions offer.
I generally work on GoogleMeet and when you book an appointment, I send a calendar invitation and link to the session. I also offer appointments for telephone counselling.
For sessions, you will need access to a good internet connection and a device that has a camera; this could be a computer, tablet or phone. For telephone counselling you will need to be in a good signal area. Having a private space to talk from is important and I suggest that headphones could be helpful.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I offer both online (via GoogleMeet) and telephone appointments.
Initial Consultation (30 mins) - £25
Our first session is not quite like future sessions in that we'd spend time agreeing how we can work together, cover any questions you have and talk about what brought you to counselling and what you want to get out of it.
It's ultimately an opportunity to get to know each other and make sure you have all the information you need to make a decision as to whether working together is for you. I understand the importance of finding the right counsellor for you.
There is of course no obligation to continue with counselling after the first session; you may chose that me or my approach isn’t for you.
