Very lazy and unprofessional. They run the cables un the guttering and now all the cables are hanging from the roof.
I contacted them to come and fix it but they refused.

The audacity You have is unbelievable, My problems are
1- the button on the ring door is not clicking it’s not working properly ,it’s never got damaged by water, And if using this Excuse to justify your low quality equipments shows zero work ethic that you have(I never mentioned the quality ,the quality is fine i told you many times , I can only explain it to you, but I cannot understand it for you) ,

2-And a spotlight in one of the cameras it’s not working(it shows black and white not colours at night time like the other cameras)

No hassle, fuss or bother. This company just keeps things simple and delivers a great customer service.

When I had a technical issue with the system, they came the same day and fixed it straight away by adjusting the settings. They took the time to show me how to operate the different settings too. Installation quality was also excellent.

Avoid This Installer at All Costs!

I hired this guy to install four cameras and a doorbell, and it was a complete waste of money. The doorbell is low quality, one of the cameras is defective, and the whole setup is unreliable. Worst of all, he refuses to fix his work! Every time I call, he ignores my calls or makes false promises, saying he’ll come “tomorrow,” but he never shows up, he is not a man of his word ,Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Dear muhammad hope you are fine, as you complained about video door bell that its low quality, we both knows its not. You water damaged the door bell and asking me to fix it, which is not possible. Plus your cameras are working totally fine, the one camera which you complaint about is totally fine, these cameras cover upto 30 meter colour at night, and it was mention in the quote . And you wanted it to cover the whole street with built in spot light which is not possible. My response was always tomorrow tomorrow because you just wanted to waste my time, nothing else, since I already explained everything to you over the phone and you kept arguing with me without any reason.

Had fay and his team install cctv for us. Was very punctual and came the very next day to install. Have dealt with many contractors and he is one of the best, no bait and switch tactics with prices, no renegotiation on site and nothing was too much trouble. Also, before leaving the site they asked us to inspect everything and ensure there was nothing more they can help with.
