Hi alison I looked at your job 3 days before christmas. It is now only new years eve. I said i will be in touch as we have to get a 3rd party to quote the asbestos removal. With it being christmas i will not hear back until next week. I did explain to you it will be a little whilst due to the christmas period. I have not had one phone call or message from you tracking the progress. You have jumped straight to an unfair and damaging review. I have had some time off myself with my family with it being Christmas, which i am entitled too like everybody else. We are back at work on the 4th of january . I would have happily chased the progress for you then. Thanks Ashley
