Fantastic and professional service! Really recommend him

An update to my previous review: DO NOT USE.

After what I thought was a lovely, helpful move, I left my jacket in the van and realised after leaving a review. I messaged Aidan about getting this back or collecting it, it started off with Aidan vaguely saying we’ll sort it, to today, where Aidan had blocked my number and essentially stolen my all saints jacket. Below is the sequence of events, give or take:

Sunday: I realised I’d let my jacket in his van, explained its my favourite jacket. He said “we’ll figure it out”. I offered to come Canary Wharf, as he mentioned he lives both there and Croydon.

Monday morning: I asked him if we could make a plan. I said if I had to I’d come to Croydon to get it. He said “hey love, will let you know”, then he said he might be coming my way today. Excellent, I asked him to let me know.

Monday afternoon: I asked him if he had more news. No response.

Monday evening: I said I’d really like to get a plan in place and they it was stressing me out.

Tuesday mid morning: he said he will drop it to me when he’s in the area, he’s busy at the moment. I said I don’t mind coming to him.

Wednesday: I spoke to him in the phone and he did he was busy, I said I could come to him, we agreed that I would meet him in east Croydon at 10am Thursday morning.

Thursday morning: I text him confirming I was coming. He told me he was on a job and couldn’t meet me. He said he would bring it to me in Seven Sisters where I live.

Thursday mid afternoon: I text him the postcode of where I would be, he didn’t text back.

Thursday evening: I chased. I said he was en route and would be 20 mins. He then text and said he’d messaged the wrong person and that wasn’t meant for me!!

Thursday night: he text me saying he was too busy to drop off my jacket or wait to drop off my jacket. I said if he’s busy he hopefully knows when and where he has these jobs, I told him I will happily meet him wherever is easiest. He said “does this jacket have powers or something, I’ll try Sunday” I explained it’s my favourite jacket so I’d really like to get it sorted.

Saturday: I asked if we’re still on for Sunday. No reply.

Sunday: a few messages, a few missed called from me. Now he has blocked my number and essentially stolen my all saints jacket.

The entire time I’ve given him the benefit of doubt but turns out the guy is not a good guy. More...

Amazing did not take a long time driver was very helpful

I posted my job around 5pm and Aiden accepted on the same day. He came around 7pm. He was very prompt and efficient. He worked alone and finished my job within 25 mins and loaded everything into his big van. Really happy with the service. I recommend Aiden! Thank you. More...
