Friendly professional people…Alan who came recommended did the job well. quoted one day and completed the work the next (fitted us in around other work literally on the same street and around the corner)
New facias, guttering and down pipe and chimney pots removed.
The quality of the work cannot be fully tested until we have some heavy rain, but from my visual observation of the work carried out and the finished result, the work appears to be of a good standard.

Alan was fantastic! He arrived straightaway and after first taking care to thoroughly investigate the problem, he then solved it immediately. He even repaired some shoddy work by a previous contractor while he was here, and helped our neighbour with a minor issue too. AM roofing and building did a wonderful job to fix my leaking roof. Water was pouring through the ceilings and risked causing significant damage to the house. AM roofing came out within 30 mins of getting in touch and gave an assessment of the problem and explained what would need to be done to fix it. I had a problem with my roof which caused a leakage into one my rooms. Alan came to take a look (did a free consultation) and advised the best way to fix the problem — while other contractors rushed to tell me *what* they would do to solve the issues, Alan explained to me both *why* the problem was happening and *how* he would fix it.

When he did come to do the work, he arrived early and finished early — completing the job in good timing. He has been a pleasure to deal with and offered a 10 year guarantee for my roof and will come back to fix it for free if any problems arise.
