Turnip the crazy sausage LOVES playing with his friends at ALM 🤎🖤. He has been with Hayley for around 6 months now, twice a week to give him a change of scene as I work from home. Amazing service for our little fur babies! Hayley and Lauren are so professional and friendly and most important animal lovers. Lottie and Lola love their walks with their buddies and I love receiving videos our the girls running free whilst in at work!! They are very accommodating and always there in my hour of need if I need them. Absolutely brilliant. Alvin the Grumpy young un and Ripley the Alien Killer love their walks on a Monday Wednesday and Friday with Lauren and really enjoyed their holiday having royal sleepovers with Hayley. More stays overnight coming up in 2025 for them. Cannot recommend ALM highly enough, Hayley and her team are friendly, approachable with any changes needed and most importantly love our fur babies like they would their own. There aren’t the words to describe how much our boys love them all, all we can say is every time Lauren or Hayley’s name is mentioned it’s running around in circles time and waiting at the door. Every day brings something unique, whether it’s the wagging tail of a dog excited for their walk, the comfort of providing a safe and loving space for a boarding pet, or the joy of transforming a dog during grooming sessions.
Pet sitting and home sitting allow me to provide peace of mind to families, knowing their loved ones and homes are cared for. And equine livery? It’s a dream come true for a horse lover like me—being around these magnificent animals is incredibly fulfilling.
What I cherish most is the bond I create with every pet and the happiness I bring to their lives (and their owners’). It’s rewarding to know I make a difference every day, doing what I love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start ALM Group was my lifelong love for animals and a desire to provide the highest quality care for them. I saw a need for trusted, personalised services that prioritise the well-being and happiness of pets and their owners. From dog walking to equine livery, I wanted to create a business that supports every aspect of animal care while building lasting relationships with clients. Turning my passion into a profession has been the most rewarding journey of my life.
