Thank you so much to Ella and the whole team. We originally won an elderly dog competition which we were over the moon about, once we spoke to Ella on the phone it was clear that she really cared about the experience she was providing and suggested we bring our 1 year old daughter to join in. Which was amazing because it meant Willow and our dog Murphy could have a photo together, which was a dream come true and the perfect way for her to remember her first dog, in all his glory. Murphy is so very special to us and I truly believe that Ella captured his personality perfectly, she and her assistant Sienna were both so patient with all of us and I cannot thank you all enough for this amazing experience, it felt extremely professional but yet so friendly at the same time. Ella did a FANTASTIC job at capturing our handsome boy, Howard! And was extremely patient with how excited (and possessive he is over toys that aren’t his 🤦🏼‍♀️) The whole experience was enjoyable from playing our favourite songs during the session to chatting on the phone - giving us all the information we needed prior to the big day/getting to know us as a pawsome family. Although the photos are expensive, they do offer payment plans and the quality of the images are incredible. It’s also a nice touch getting to see the images on the day after a quick edit in the viewing room. We also didn’t feel rushed at all on the day despite how indecisive we are (and trust me, it’s extremely hard choosing your favourite pictures as they are all amazing). From the very first phone call with Jane, we knew we were in great hands for our family portrait session. She was incredibly clear and professional, explaining the process and pricing in a way that left us feeling both informed and excited. The entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. I very rarely leave reviews.. however I am very disappointed in Alliance Studios, spent 2 hours there after “winning a photoshoot” with a £150 gift certificate paid a £50 deposit for the shoot for my little ones 1st birthday cake smash. We provided the cake, got our boys lovely matching outfits, got told we can put the £150 towards wall art.. little did we know it starts at £1500…. £1500… for wall art….like come on???! I am absolutely devastated I left so so so upset, because we spent such a long time taking so many nice photos of my family and my boys and babies first birthday and we couldn’t even get any of those. (We got one small print for £150 of all of us) I am disappointed all those beautiful images and memories will be just deleted at click of a button - however I will not take our finance for photos. But suppose this is how these places make money. This was completely misled to us, and knowing it would end up this way we Luke definitely not of gone as we gained nothing. Alliance please do make it more clear to people and actually put prices up - discuss those. Went for the cake smash came out with nothing 😥 very upset and disappointed. Do not recommend. But the service - Lucy and Jane went over and beyond with their service, they were so very welcoming made sure the boys were ok and entertained. Would definitely recommend this studio to anyone. We had a photoshoot with our kitties and Jane made us feel super comfortable and we all had a fun little experience. The photos she took were breath-taking and fully showed the personality of both my kitties. The final pieces arrived and we are more than happy with them. Everyone we showed the pieces to were impressed by how good the pieces are. All in all it was a day filled with aww's, laughter and a lot of core memories. More...

I had a boudior shoot with Jane and absolutely loved it. I was treated like royalty from start to finish. It started with a makeover by Abbi Marchant who did a gorgeous job of my hair and make up. Followed by a fantastic shoot with Jane who made me feel so at ease and comfortable, she had some really creative ideas and the end result was gorgeous. I was then treated to a lovely lunch and a slideshow of my photos, narrowing it down to 30 was so difficult - I never thought I would like that many photos of myself!! Jane really knows how to capture your best bits! All the staff were so friendly and made me feel so welcome. I'm still buzzing the day after my shoot, I can't wait to see my prints. The studio itself is bright, airy and well equipped, it's spotlessly clean and they've thought of everything, even the toilet was stocked with wet wipes, deoderant, feminine products, small details like that make such a difference and make you feel "at home". I was going through a difficult time when Alliance Photography got in touch to say we had a won a photo shoot with them. I was a difficult customer-tearful in turning the offer down, not knowing if we could manage it then calling to request a booking and so on. The team were INCREDIBLE. They supported me as person having a tough time and as a customer of theirs. They went above and beyond with a personal yet professional approach and cannot recommend them enough. When you win a photoshoot, get there spend 2 hours taking pictures then the lady tries to sell you them for £1200 just for the digital print and only 20! Like I get everyone gotta make money but if that’s the case Alliance Photography Studios competitions in which the prizes really make NO sense £150 voucher prints £140 each and when I requested I was told I should just use it toward buying a package. SORRY but I’m not slow! If I wanted to spend that amount I’d hire someone and I’d have all images 🤷🏾‍♀️ honestly the way these companies scam people and JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS! FIRSTLY was this not a competition?! Why would I pay!!! Alliance Photography Studios please refund my money asap please and thank you! & maybe in the future make it extremely clear to the “WINNERS” that they will be expected to purchase a package and the vouchers you advertise as prizes literally are a way for you to force people to buy or get finance. Just DISAPPOINTING. On the flip side went to Tescos after, was telling someone about the awful day and experience we’d had. He’s a photographer 🤷🏾‍♀️😁 and even he said this is what companies do to drum up sales at these times of year. I would recommend the Alliance Studios to anyone! I entered a competition & was lucky enough to be chosen as a winner for a newborn shoot. We took our 3 week old baby for a newborn shoot. My partner & I aren’t people who enjoy our photo being taken & Jane made us feel so comfortable. She has the best eye for detail & is incredible at what she does. It truly was a magical day & we were absolutely over the moon with the photographs you took. At the end of the shoot they sit you in a waiting area with a beverage & a biscuit while they do a quick edit & put together a slideshow of all the photographs that were taken. This is such a beautiful touch & makes it extra special. Jane, you captured the love we have for each other as a family & incorporated items my Mum had bought our baby who we sadly lost 4 weeks before our baby was born. I won a maternity photoshoot originally in 2023, but couldn't have this in the end due to issues during my pregnancy. Alliance followed up with me and kindly offered to transfer the competition win to another type of shoot. Which I massively appreciated. We had a family photoshoot and a cake smash for our youngests 1st birthday. All of the ladies were so welcoming. Jane took the photos, and was brilliant. She was super patient and encouraging with our tornado of a toddler, and grumpy pre-teen. The outcome of the photos were amazing. We're really pleased with them and the whole experience was wonderful. We ordered two seperate canvases which are absolutely gorgeous. We also got a digital package with the remaining photos as we loved them all so much. Highly recommend Jane, and Alliance Photography Studios. Choosing the right photographer without completely blowing the whole wedding budget was something we were both incredibly worried about. After trawling round a few too many wedding fairs and not really knowing what to do we stumbled across Wayne and we could not be more thankful he grabbed our attention and started talking to us. Wayne started to talk us through us through some of the albums he had produced and and loved the style of photography he endeavors to capture. Not being the most naturally photogenic person I also said to Wayne that I needed someone who would tell what to do and when to make sure we got the shot we wanted. Wayne kept in contact on the lead up to do the day and helped to recommend a videographer he had previously worked with. A couple of weeks before the big day we had a last meeting with Wayne and videographer at his studio to talk through the day and iron out all the finer details giving us the upmost confidence the day would run perfectly. In the haze of the wedding day morning Wayne was there in the background capturing the getting ready shots and helping out. Throughout the day he knew exactly what we wanted and took charge, it was amazing how you never really noticed he was about but he was always there capturing everything going on. It was also a pleasure to have someone who seemed to get on and talk with everyone blending in amongst the guests. We had so many comments from family and friends about how lovely and friendly our photographer was and the synergy between him and the videographers was seamless. As we enjoyed our honeymoon was a lovely touch to have a small handful/teaser of some of our photos come through while we waited for the rest of the photos to be ready. Just over month after the wedding we were invited back to the studio with Wayne were he had a cinema style screening waiting for us with drinks and snacks so we could relive the day. We were blown away with the photos and he bought back all the memories of the actual day itself. Wayne then helped us with the challenging task of choosing the photos of the album which we are incredibly excited to get back. We are so glad Wayne approached us at that wedding fair and thank him for everything he did for us on the wedding day and for giving us the ability to keep the treasured memories forever. My senior rescue dog, Ash, and I did a shoot with Alliance Photography and from start to finish it was a lovely experience, we were at the studio maybe 2-3 hours. The Alliance team were all really friendly, relaxed, positive and unflappable even when Ash the dog decided he didn't want to stay on the mini couch or in a particular pose! I now have some perfect studio images of me and Ash and some artworks after opting for a package. Before attending the shoot I looked at other reviews, some which challenged the "authenticity" of the experience. My own input is that you just need to go into the experience willing to spend money on the day - some people aren't necessarily comfortable with this type of instant decision, so go in with an open mind and a budget (if necessary). We were fortunate enough to win a senior dog photoshoot. The communication before the shoot was great and they got to know more about our dog Lady and us. Asking about Lady’s traits, likes and dislikes helped us feel confident in taking her. She is a rescue dog who can be a bit temperamental. The photoshoot went really well and they helped Lady feel at ease. Because of how everyone interacted with her she behaved brilliantly for the camera and really seemed to enjoy it. The whole experience was great. The photos that Lucy took were stunning and we really enjoyed how these were shown to us afterwards allowing us to look through them and choose the ones we wanted. The finance options were great and allowed us to order some fantastic artwork. We collected this and couldn’t be happier. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with Alliance. When they announced a free photoshoot for anyone sharing their story, I eagerly participated, sharing personal details and being vulnerable about our story. Initially, I felt hopeful and excited about the opportunity. However, after sharing our story, Alliance completely ghosted us. Despite my emotional investment and anticipation, there was no follow-up, no acknowledgment, and no communication whatsoever. This felt like a betrayal, as they gave us hope only to abandon us without any explanation. Their lack of transparency and respect is inexcusable. Exploiting people's trust and vulnerability for what seems like a publicity stunt is deeply unethical. What should have been a positive experience turned into a source of frustration and hurt. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Alliance. Based on my experience, they are unreliable and untrustworthy, and no one deserves to be treated with such disregard. I entered a competition for my little rescue pooch, that was advertised on Alliance's Facebook page and he was lucky enough to win! The lovely Ella who spoke to me on the phone wanted to know everything about him and his backstory. The whole team were so engaging and were so excited to meet him and his big sister who was also invited along for the photo shoot. Once I arrived at the studio for my shoot with both dogs in tow the welcome was so lovely! All of the team were so friendly and made me feel at ease. The shoot itself was great, Ella really listened to me about what I would like to encapsulate and made it all a reality, we all had a great time. Once all of the photos were put together I was able to go through in their viewing room to see the ones I wished to purchase, which was an ordeal as I wanted all of them! Ella was really patient with me and helping me decide. I then got to see a beautiful video at the end with all of them together (10 in total) and it brought a tear to my eye. The photos are absolutely incredible. The communication after the shoot to make sure I received my photos and frame was also excellent. I Unfortunately lost my older girlie a few weeks after the shoot and I am so glad I now have these wonderful memories in these beautiful photographs. Had such an amazing experience with my fiance. I had originally won a competition which I entered online and everyone was so patience with me as I was a nightmare with answering my phone and actually booking a date for a shoot. I finally booked it and it was the best thing ever. Jane was amazing with us. Neither my partner or I had done a photoshoot before so this was all completely new and out of our comfort zones but we were made to feel at ease and Jane always checked that we were OK. I had a shoot about two years ago when my son was a newborn as I won a competition for a newborn photoshoot. Don’t fall for their scam of a promotion like we did, we got absolutely shmoozed into believing we were ‘competition winners’ for a cake smash for our baby. I can’t quite put it into words just how happy we were with choosing Wayne from Alliance Photography to capture our wedding on April 20th 2024. From first communication to receiving our final photos he has just been incredible. He ensured the whole day ran smoothly, was always in the right place at the right time and captured more than I could even remember or was able to take in on my wedding day! We really didn’t have to worry about a thing, he made us feel so at ease the whole time. For someone who doesn’t really like photos of myself I was blown away with the shots he got, and so grateful that I now have just the most beautiful photos and album to treasure. The meeting we had with him afterwards to look through them was so special, to see them all on a slide show, all the memories came flooding back. Wayne was amazing and helped put our album together to ensure our photos flowed smoothly telling a story of our day. Working in events myself, I have worked with many photographers over the years and nothing I’ve seen has come close to his exceptional standards. The studio was amazing to work with! We went in for a puppy photoshoot I got as a present and the experience was so lovely, from the minute we stepped through the door they were so excited to see our dog and get to know his personality and ours. We spent so much time in the studio, feeling at ease the whole time, they did a great job keeping the 9 month old puppy focused and the photographer had some amazing ideas for photos for him and us. The photos themselves came out incredible, they really cared about which ones we wanted to choose and I’m so proud to have the huge canvas displayed in my home. Last month I had my boudoir photoshoot with Wayne, after losing myself for a long time, I wanted to rediscover my beauty, confidence and above all myself! Wayne and Alliance Photography helped me do exactly that… Wayne made me feel comfortable, we had a good laugh and he showed me through his amazing photography how truly beautiful I am! We were fortunate enough to win a Cake Smash shoot for our daughter's 1st birthday and what an experience from beginning to end! The staff were absolutely amazing with my daughter who loved exploring the studio and getting up to mischief! They were so patient with her and became her new best friends at the end of the day! The design brief after was brilliant. Seeing all the gorgeous images and being able to discuss what we wanted made the experience so much more personal to us.
