Not a great experience. The work was not finished. Poor quality overall, no attention to deetail and over priced for the job. Did not come with the right machinery so used our strimmer and them blamed one unfinished job for running out of string ( our string!). Their mower did not pick up the grass. I used this company to get a wall build and a gate on not a big wall just the end of the garden.They started off great but when finished it wasn’t what I had asked for as I could still see over the wall and I am only 5ft 3 so he went to the other end of the wall which is sloped and said but I’m 6ft and I can’t see over here ,obviously you couldn’t when it was sloped. I only wanted a step put on (same as my neighbours)so when you walk passed at both ends you can’t see in. Then it came to the gate, I needed a extended gate so I could get in and out with my mobility scooter so they said no problem . I had already told them how windy it was at the back so needed a sturdy gate. They came to the door to let me see the gate they had put up it was one of those cheap fence panels cut in half . I told them I wasn’t having that it was flimsy and looked awful,they then ask if I could give them more money to get wood to make a gate. When I asked the price at the start I was told this included a hand made gate not half a fence panel. I did not give them any more money so they said they would come back next day to finish. Next day the 2 younger guys turned up and a gate went up . It is not the best gate for someone who said they made all their own gates. I asked about the rest of the wall they said we’ll get the bricks and be back next week this was about six weeks ago. They gate now has came away from the wall at the top and at the other side he screwed into the cement and not the bricks so now I have cracks and one brick is only staying on with one screw holding it on to a piece of wood .I can say the wall was fine until the younger 2 of the 3 put on the gate. I have had every excuse and some story telling for why they haven’t turned up and he won’t answer the phone but will send a text now and again of why he hasn’t managed round this week. I will be taken this further as they can’t carry on like this not coming back to finish there work. I was stupid enough to pay them as they do come across as really good guys but be aware you won’t get them back if there is a problem. I now can’t use my gate until it is sorted so I will now have to get someone else to fix the gate so I can get in and out with my mobility scooter which I will be sending the bill to them. If anything else goes wrong after I put up this review I will know who damaged the wall as one of them had made the comment that it is so easy to put another crack in a wall . Don’t ignore your customers and finish your work you started and you’ll get good reviews and more work but I won’t be recommending them. More...

George came out on the day agreed to provide a quote, price was agreed and he was able to start the work right away and completed the following day. Worked fast and efficiently and tidily. Recommend them highly. Thanks More...
