Jerry was very punctual. He came and diagnosed a longstanding issue we had had with our gutter within seconds of arriving, and took pictures and videos of the gutter to show us exactly what the problem was. He explained it in a very clear way. He fixed the issue the same day in about 1.5 hours, and when two rooftiles were beyond repair he replaced them for no extra charge. After the fact he offered to pour a bucket of water down the gutter to show the issue was fixed. Great experience, great service, very affable man and clearly very knowledgeable.
